9th &10th Ramadhan..

6:06 pm

Friday 9th Ramadhan - Yesterday's lesson was pretty good. Interesting that we have that Hong Kong man to be our fac. Better than Lydia! I was disappointed that the audio my team produced had gone down the drain. But nevertheless, we had fun at the Mac lab. As usual the photo booth is always there to be our source of entertainment.

Ann, Marj, Zhiyi, Kuang & yours truly.

Also yesterday, I was pms-ing so much! Ann then search on the internet about PMS. I'm sorry but since I am pms-ing, my mood hasn't been good. I noticed people has this misconception about pms. PMS is pre-menstrual syndrome and these dummies have mistaken this as period. PMS occur a week before menstruation begins. Here's something which I find rather interesting to share. .

NK: I'm pms-ing lah!
Male: Ouh, so you're not fasting...

HR says:
anywya a lot of guys are so stupid thinking pms is period
HR says:
merepek kan
HR says:
bodoh seh
HR says:
not jus guys ah
HR says:
gals oso
HR says:

HR says:
bodoh

What is premenstrual syndrome (PMS)?

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle(menstruation or monthly bleeding). The symptoms usually go away after your period starts.

What are the symptoms of PMS?

PMS often includes both physical and emotional symptoms. Common symptoms are:

* acne
* breast swelling and tenderness
* feeling tired
* having trouble sleeping
* upset stomach, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea
* headache or backache
* appetite changes or food cravings
* joint or muscle pain
* trouble concentrating or remembering
* Mood swings and irritability or anger
* anxiety or depression

On the other note,
PMS is a great excuse for just plain annoying behavior, however...

Men, on the other hand, also need to recognize their partner's symptoms as being "that time of the month," and try very hard to be patient and to remember that it's just not about you! But even knowing this doesn't keep your feelings from being hurt when she launches into a tirade about every thing you've done wrong from the beginning of the world until that very moment. Hateful things once said, can't be unsaid. It would serve us well, men and women both, to know what you both are dealing with and conduct ourselves with dignity.

This whole list of things was being copied from Ann's blog . I have to agree with all these mentioned above. When I am having my pms, you all better not test my patience because you will not like it! I get really serious and no nonsense at this time of the month. Lame jokes are no longer funny and I get irritated real quick. I know it's the fasting month and I shouldn't be too quick temper but I really can't help it. I tried my best to just shut my mouth and not flare during the day but at night when more people are chatting with me, I'll just be as direct and blunt as I can be if my irritability tolerance have reached the max!
