Yesterday night, my family celebrated my advance birthday at East Coast Park. My birthday's actually next week. There's so many food. My sister bought an ice-cream cake from Swenson. I was so busy being the star of the day so I handed over Latipah to my dad. It was such a huge mistake to trust him with my camera. The once professional photographer didn't know how to use my DSLR. So many pictures were blurred! I was pissed! Looks like I'm still the best family photographer they can ask for. :P Ok fine, can't blame him with digital SLR His time was the film SLR. If he were to give me a film SLR, I would be as blur as him too. Hahaha! It was a great feast for the night. Everyone was happy. THANK YOU to my family. I love them so much! Anyway Pak Busu and Kak Mas gave me a set of necklace and ear rings. Cik Gafar and Mardhiah gave me 20 bucks!! :D

I went out as early as 9am today do an interview with my interviewee for PP. Reached home at about 12pm because I have a wedding reception to attend. When I went into my room, I saw a rectangle package. Was kinda curious who it was from. My first instinct was my BP buddy Fendy to send over a camera lens. But when I look at the sender's name, it says 'Nazreen Mohd Nasir'. I was like isn't that NASH!!! I was like OMG!! I never expect it would be from NASH and GEE. I was SO surprised!! So what more, I opened the package and there's a stripe box greeting me. In it, there's 2 small gifts wrapped up in this black and white wrapping paper. And in the wrappers, there's a gorgeous black necklace in each of them. One look elegant and the other look hip.

I was so touched that they remember my birthday. I quickly call Nash. It was such a huge surprise!! I've known the both of them for only almost half a year. We haven't even met. But the 3 of us chat with each other everyday! Like as if we know each other for 10 years. Yes everyday. Before we 'met' in YM, we only leave comments on each other photos. They are popularly known as the 'Candid Syndicate team'. Their pics are gorgeous! Not kidding! But I'm kinda clueless about Anis. :P Seriously, I always turned to them whenever I'm stressed about my day. I can be myself whenever I'm with them. We're night owls. We chat at night. How these babes got my address is that they tricked me saying there're gonna come here for a visit. But I thought that was for real. I'm kinda looking forward for it. Too bad for me right..

In Gee's blog, you can see how much effort they've put in to give me this surprise! I was really thankful for the thought. Just a birthday wish from them is already very good enough. But they bother going through the trouble. I am really thankful and I appreciate it big time! Super big time. And I also know that I am being appreciated after reading her blog. Oh gosh, I'm gonna cry! :`( Anyway, I wore the necklace from Gee just now at the wedding function. Oh no, I forgot to take a picture of it! I was wearing a black baju kurung and the beaded flower necklace suits my outfit more. Oh ya, they also gave me a chinese printed napkin. I'm gonna use it to decorate my room. Thank you so much for this rare surprise. I love you both!! Muahhh.. :-*

My parents and sis are gonna buy me the latest Levi's jeans! I'm so excited! Maybe tomorrow me and my sis gonna go shopping!! My sis chio me to go Vivo or Orchard. Hooray!!! It's the Great Singapore Sale season anyway.
