Kids..

This is some stanzas from the song 'Terlalu Istimewa' which means Too Special. It's a very melodious pop song. This song's sang by the talented Adibah Noor. She dedicates this song to children out there who's not as fortunate as most other kids.. How nice of her. I first came across this song when she was nominated in the Anugerah Planet Muzik 2006.

Anyway, this week have been hectic for me. I enjoyed this week though. By the way, I actually wanna blog about kids these days. Not about their behaviour but about their physical outlook. While I was on my way home from the shops this afternoon, I saw loads of primary school kids on their way to school. My goodness, I saw one little girl whom I assumed is in Primary 1, looking so small in size with her huge backpack. Not only her but there are many others who are so thin and small in size. Then I start to recall, when I was her age, I was so big! Like as if I'm in Primary 3! I was also the tallest one in class. But the others of my classmates just slightly shorter than me. Not much of a difference though.

Are kids nowadays lacking of Vitamins? Hmmm... Perhaps. As a kid, I love vegetables. I remembered there's one period of time when I was about eight years old, my dad bought this chicken essence for kids and forced me and my sister to drink it up. My sister dutifully did it without any difficulties. I'd take about an hour to finish one bottle. It sucks! Are Vitamins really that effective in growth? Or is it the genes? In my own opinion, I think it's all in the genes. My paternal cousins are all tall creatures.. I stand at 1.72m and I'm consider short if I were to stand among them. If my mom were to be taller, I guess I'll probably grow till 1.8m which is my ideal height. My granny call me a bamboo pole. She said that my late grandad is very tall and that Northern Indians are gigantics beings. Well... Probably true..
