I'm now chatting with Raff my high school buddy. I have no intention to chat but after seeing her blog, I decided to pm her to tell her how much I like her blog. I've been home in front of the screen the whole day!! First thing first, Shakir thinks Raff's a good photographer followed by me. Yes indeed Raff is an excellent photographer. We were commenting on why Shakir's pissed with minahs who doesn't have the skills to take good photographs.
Just take a good look at Friendster! There are so many pretentious emotional minahs who destroy their pics by posing in front of the lens to show off their big huge nose. What's the use of a 5 mega pixel camera? I'm asking you my high school Minahs..?? Throw it away. Or give it to us. What they captured are just trash. No value of at all. It pains my eye to see those horrendous pics. Please have some skills at least. Raff called it - CAMWHORING!!
I told Raff to at least go back to high school one of these days to conduct a photographing sessions with these minahs. But I think no one would wanna attend because they think it'll just waste their time as their skills are over "there" already... And one more thing, when their pics turned out blur, they'll distort them by applying tint or changing it to sephia or black and white. You minahs are a whole lot of pretty girls. Don't destroy your image. Don't humiliate yourselves.
And now Raff just gave me a link to this mat's Friendster. His wallpapers are filled with hundreds of his self-potrait. It pains people's eyes but not his. Please be considerate to others I'm begging you. Self-obsession!! Why can't you people take pictures of nature or sunset or buildings?? Why pictures of yourself when only you will treasure it and not anyone else. One thing important - Have at least some basic fundamentals of photography.
My final words - Please approach the expert or any Media and Design students because they know better than you. I may not be an expert but I definitely have skills as I'm in a field whereby I have to work with photographers. Oh ya, not to forget, those who loves taking super closed-up self-shots, beware of lighting because it can make your face look oily. One thing good about super closed-up self-shot is that they show people how flawless or scar-faced a person is.
P.s. - I'm not trying to be mean but it's just my critique. Thank You :)
