Mickey Mouse is back in town. That cute little mouse and gang has hit the town around mid-2005. There was one period around 10 years ago whereby it is a trend. My dad used to buy Disney apparel for me and my sister. He even have Mickey Mouse collections for himself. Yesterday my classmate Sharin wore a sequined Mickey pull-over. It's nice. And early last month, I was at Bugis. I came across an outlet selling all-Mickey and Gang apparel. The prices are reasonable though, $29.90 for a nice t-shirt and $69.90 for a pair of jeans. (I sometimes wonder why retail outlets always put the price with $0.90 at the price tag. Weird!) Then I went on to Giordano and saw many Mickey Mouse t-shirts too. It look so copyright and imitation. Really! It turns me off when i saw the Giordano version of Mickey Mouse apparel. I love Disney characters ever since I was a kid. Be it Mickey or Pooh and gang. I have been using Mickey Mouse stationery set when I was in Primary 1 to 4. I remember my first trip to KL, I bought a nice Mickey and gang sweater, I love it a lot and that sweater is still in my mind. But I don't know it's luck now. I think I gave it away. ): I was a great, loyal fan to Mickey. Even more loyal to Mickey than BATA. My first purse and schoolbag was also a blue Mickey Mouse. I remember I got that from City Hall when there's a Mickey Mouse show. This shows how loyal I am to Mickey Mouse! I turned up for the show every year without fail till I think that I am matured enough to stop watching the all-kids-audience show.
